Winter Classic Citi Field

NEW YORK - The National Hockey League would like to remind fans attending Monday's 2018 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic® about some traffic, parking and security matters. Here's what attendees need to know:

Gates at Citi Field open at 11 a.m. ET
Parking lots are open to the general public at 9 a.m. but space will be extremely limited surrounding Citi Field and traffic in the area will be extremely heavy. Fans are strongly encouraged to use public transportation and arrive as early as possible.

Subway

VIA 7 TRAIN:
Services Citi Field at the Mets/Willets Point Station and makes stops in Manhattan at Times Square, 5th Avenue and Grand Central Station.
VIA E, F, G, R or V TRAINS:
Connections to the 7 train can be made at the 74th Street-Broadway / Roosevelt Avenue stop in Jackson Heights.
VIA N or W TRAINS:
Transfer to the 7 train at Queensboro Plaza.

Due to anticipated traffic delays and security screening please plan on arriving early.
Third party will call drop off is not permitted.

Limit what you bring:

Make sure to dress warmly, re-entry is not permitted. No outside food or beverages will be permitted into the stadium. Small bags no larger than 16 x16x 8 only will be permitted and all bags are subject to search upon entry. Those who don't bring bags will be able to enter through the express security lanes!
