Marc-Andre Fleury may have lost Wednesday, but he still made his No. 1 fan proud.
The Vegas Golden Knights goalie came home to an adorable message from his 5-year-old daughter Scarlett after falling behind 2-0 in their Stanley Cup Second Round series against the Colorado Avalanche. Fleury stopped 22 shots in his first start of the series, but the Golden Knights fell 3-2 on Mikko Rantanen's goal at 2:07 of overtime. But his effort inspired his middle child, who wrote a heartfelt note that her mom and Marc-Andre's wife Veronique
on Thursday. "Last night you made me happy dad," the note said. "You stop pucks, and that made me proud dad. I love you! Keep stopping those pucks. In my [heart] you are the best [goalie]." We're sure Fleury's heart will be full when he and the Golden Knights take the ice for Game 3 on Friday.
