Cam Talbot's situation went from regular to bad to worse to amazing in just three seconds.

The Edmonton Oilers goalie left the crease to play a puck behind the net, seemingly unaware that St. Louis Blues forward Paul Stastny was closing in on him.
Stastny timed Talbot's intentions perfectly and made a great play to steal the puck. He skated out to the front of what was then an empty net.
But Talbot quickly recovered and extended his stick while diving across the crease to rob Stastny of what he certainly thought would be a goal. The puck caromed way up in to the air and safely away from the net.
The miraculous save preserved a scoreless tie in the third period. Amazingly, things heated up as the Oilers won 3-2 in regulation.
